Our primary contingent model for discipline-specific engineering positions. No upfront fee, no exclusivity required. You pay only when your engineer starts. AQRA goes to market proactively on your behalf, mapping talent, initiating direct conversations, and presenting only candidates who genuinely fit the specification.

Our multi-hire model for teams with sustained or high-volume engineering demand. A team of dedicated recruiters works exclusively on your roles for an agreed term, fully embedded in your process as an extension of your internal team. Fixed monthly retainer, full pipeline ownership, and continuous sourcing across the discipline for as long as the volume requires it.
A note on how we work. Regardless of service type, AQRA does not rely on active job seekers or recycled candidate pools. We engage the market directly - reaching engineers who are not looking, assessing fit carefully, and presenting a shortlist, not a stack of CVs. That approach does not change based on the commercial model.
